so many hearts for you

Addie's heart collection by lovelydesign

The past many months more and more I just haven't felt like blogging at all. I keep thinking that one day maybe I'll feel like sharing some of my days, the things that I love, and my projects, but for now I just feel quiet and private.

The only issue is that I often miss the wonderful people whom I've met through my creations and from keeping this blog. Even though I don't feel like sharing so much I do miss you all. It is my sincere wish that I don't lose contact.

Here are many hearts made by my Adelaide, which I send out to all of you who have kept me company throughout the years. I wish for all of you many small joys to come to you today, and each day for always.

And, perhaps I will "see" you again real soon.

i will always come back to see what's happening in your world...for as long as you'll allow me to. i have no doubt you've been keeping yourself busy taking care of your little family. :)

Thank you for writing! :) I understand, too, seeing as you have a family to love and a life to live - the internet can wait.

In the meantime, I'm going through your archives and reading all of your sweet past entries again :)

I totally understand too even though I miss the sweet moments you share and the lovely projects. Life has its ebbs and flows. You are in my reader and if you come back I will be happy and, if not, I will send happy thoughts your way anyway!

I always enjoy what you share, but I understand that "quiet and private" feeling, and respect it very much. I hope you are enjoying your new home. Thank you for what you have shared of yourself and your world over the years. :) Your gentleness is dear and refreshing.

Please take your time and enjoy your little ones. We'll be here when you get back. By the way- yours was the very first blog I ever read! Found you thru. BHG (?- I think...) Take care of you and yours.

i love reading your blog and look forward to new entries. but i completely understand where you are at. today i was thinking of the word 'hiatus' as posting has become sporadic on my own blog. sometimes you just need to slow it down some. :)

I am always happy when one of your posts pops up in my reader. Your designs and photographs have brought me beauty and inspiration. I look forward to when the spirit moves you to share more on your blog. Until then, it is lovely to think of you and your family tucked into your cozy house, living your lives and making beautiful things.

Your life is your life, and you should only share what you feel comfortable sharing. Having said that, I really miss your posts! I have you in my reader so I never miss a post, even if they're spread far apart.

Thank you and Adelaide for the hearts! It's good to take time away from this open space and just live life!

I miss your posts and check your blog every few days. But it is a priviledge to read your blog and gain insight in your life and not a right. If you don't want to blog for a while then that's allowed :-)

Hi Sharilyn,

I just wanted to say that your blog, work, thoughts, ideas, inspiration, beautiful photos and beautiful family have been such an inspiration to me over the last few years. As a fellow artist and designer I love to see the beauty that you and your children bring to life, the love you all have for each other, and your words and images have kept me going when my own life has been extremely difficult.

I will miss your updates terribly, but I wish you every blessing and encouragement in this time, and hope you are enjoying to the full, your lovely new house and all the joys of family life.

Much love from Scotland.

Even though I miss your sweet posts I do understand your wanting privacy and not sharing...a kind of cocooning. Drawing everything in. Come back when you feel like it. We'll wait.

This reminds me of a painter's valentine I saw years ago (in Mirabella) which said, "it is for you that I try to perfect my heart." <3

I found you again. I saw your blog about a year ago and read lots of back posts, but couldn't figure out how to subscribe to your blog so lost track of it. I've just found you again, but still have no idea how to subscribe to your blog. I love your projects and photos and your pretty home.
