I'm not generally fond of having my photo taken, but lately I've been thinking that perhaps I should have at least one photo of this pregnancy, and my big belly... so here it is!
I am now 38 weeks along, but so many times I find that I forget that I am pregnant - second baby syndrome(?)! So it's surreal, to realise that in 2 weeks or so we may be lucky enough to have a new little soul here with us.
Adelaide is thrilled. Can you tell? And I am hoping that her elation lasts!

I didn't like taking pictures of myself either, but remember really loving seeing pictures of my mom pregnant with me and my siblings. You'll be glad to have it - especially because you look beautiful!! Thanks for sharing : )
Look at you!! You look so great!!!! So does Addie. More good times are coming!!!
Darling photo...I wish I had more pictures of my pregnant self.
You are so glamorous!
It's really nice to have a few belly photos - especially to show the baby when he or she is older. Adelaide looks so excited!

You both look beautiful! aimee
My eldest daughter, Ava, is 4 and we just welcomed a baby sister to our family. She has been a great helper and has no jealousy issues. I'm sure your Adelaide will want to help as much as she can, too. One thing we've tried to do is emphasize what an important and special job is it to be a big sister. It seems to be working so far :)
Thank you for posting the picture! You look great!
I have no idea why you wouldn't want to take a picture of yourself, you are beautiful. Don't worry 4 year olds usually do great with a new sibling.
Gawd, you're hot! If I looked like that, I'm pretty sure I'd be reclining on a chaise having my picture taken all day long. Seriously lady. HOT! :)
what a charming photo...wishing you well!

You look beautiful! What a great keepsake!
You look so Beautiful!!!
Wishing you the very best.
I hope you take more photos of yourself pregnant...you look very content and happy. A second baby is so much more comfortable, knowing what to expect, so much less stressful. I'm sure Addie will love to be the big sister and be sweet to the new little bundle of joy.
Keep us posted so we can send warm welcomes to the new baby. Wishing you well.
Wow! Excellent Photo!
Addie will be such a big helper for you, and a great big sister!
We had a baby girl, 16 months ago, and our daughter (then 4yrs old) was absolutely the "Best" Big sister ever to her little sis.
I'm positive Addie will be the "Best" Big sister ever too!
Blessings,
Rhonda
Look at you - you look fabulous. Good luck!

Can't wait to see Adelaide become a big sister.
Thanks for sharing your personal photo.
You look gorgeous - absolutely glowing. xx
I love love love this! You are both adorable and beautiful! :)
I actually took some pictures of myself yesterday purely to force myself to register a bump photo or two on my blog, since I'm now 39 weeks, but I look so huge I'm not sure I can bring myself to do it! You look incredibly lovely and glowing, and I bet adelaide is going to be a fabulous big sister.
You two look gorgeous! And yes- the second pregnancy is just not like the first one. In my first one I always knew in which week I was and how the baby is developing and I just constantly thought about the baby and how it will be... but with the second one I hardly ever knew exactly the week and didn't think about it much until one day the baby just joined us:o)
Have some good last days and all the best to all of you!
What a cute bump! And you are so beautiful. :)
You both are beautiful! Can't wait to see the new beauty either!

Very cute pic! Good luck hope you have a quick and easy labour x
Thinking of you, Sharilyn, as you travel these final weeks ... and the beginning of the next journey! Oh, the goodness in store...
I sincerely hope this isn't really the only photo you have of you pregnant with your second. Even if you are just taking them for yourself, you really do need some photos of you and Addie together before the second baby arrives. No longer will your attention just be for her, no doubt your love will double, but you attention will be divided. These have been precious years for you and Addie and it is so very clear that Addie loved this time alone with you. Make sure you capture the last few precious weeks!
Good luck with the birth of your second and congratulations. I know all of us readers will be waiting to hear the good news and see more family photos!! Thanks for sharing.
