Seriously, how are you always so neat and tidy in your work spaces? Even when it's a mess, it's an organized mess!

Oh my! A truly beautiful home. It radiates peacefulness and style. Thank you for sharing it with us.

One question: Where is that fantastic metal accordian organizer from {atop the paper sorter your father made you}. I notice you also have one in the living room, for Adelaide's books, and I'm dying to get my hands on one. Thanks so much, Sharilyn.

Hi Everyone, thank you for visiting me and for your comments, they are all very much appreciated!

Lindsey: trust me, I don't. But I really do try to keep in as organised as possible otherwise it is really hard for me to get any work done. I get really lost and frustrated and overwhelmed when things are super messy and unorganised, and over the years I've learned that it's just not worth it. Things do get crazy - that's just life and my working process when i'm busy - but every few weeks or so I'll usually take some time to clean up. it's worth it to me!

Helen: They are called Collators and I really love them. I do have two - one is small and the other large. I used to use the large for magazines but now I use it for nice childrens books that Adelaide reads a lot. They are usually sold at office supply shops or You can google them to find once. I recommend the large!

Tim: Yes, It is an original Andy Jenkins painting - Love him! He sent it to me for my beautiful scrap paper project. Which I really have to get off my ass and launch. Thanks for the reminder!

So peaceful but air-y and modern. Would it be possible to find out the blue paint chip? I've noticed that it is a 'signature colour' of yours!

Thanks so much for your comments, everyone!

Jen, my home is a whole bunch of different blue colours, actually. But they are all by Benjamin Moore. The living room is Gaussian Blue, My Studio is Yarmouth (SP?) Blue, and our bedrooms are a custom blue I had made up. You can find out more details on the formula here:
